Late last year I read a bio on Noah Herbison from Canada and his “Laughing Whiatle” a telescoping brass Penny Whistle. On the internet through one site it said he was no longer making them. I tried to contact him and he replied saying he would make one for me. I sent an International Money Order and waited. After Emailing him about if he had recieved payment, he replied that he had been away but had indeed gotten the Money Order. Since then nothing… no Whistle or replies to a number of Emails.. Any help would be greatly appreciated since my Wife paid for and sent payment and she has been asking me everyday including Sunday if I have recieved the Laughing Whistle. We are no longer laughing…

I am sorry you have had this bad experience. Noah was good to deal with when I ordered one for my neighbor, though I remember that the communication took some time. I hope you get it sorted out. His reputation as a whistlesmith is excellent, and well earned, and the Laughing Whistle is a gem. It is a shame that we will see no more of them. If and when you do get it, it is likely the last one, Good Luck!

“Last year” is a pretty vague piece of information. Last year could have been a month and a half or it could have been thirteen and a half months. When would he have actually received your payment?
