Practice Pipes identification

I’m trying to identify this pipes. They were brought to Poland around 1992 or 1993 by my friend’s friend. Unfortunatelly he doesn’t remember the maker. They weren’t in his hands for couple of years because few peoples here tried to “repair” the reeds so that’s why they looks a little bit strange now.

We want to make it playable again, can you help us with suggesting the maker or someone who can make a reed for it?

It has some features (chanter top, bag, bellows) that look like Eugene Lambe’s work from the 80s

Theres a hint of Kevin Thompsons work there too but I don’t know if Kevin ever used that Catalin material. (the plastic that turns yellow/orange) in time.

It has a vinyl bag also. Do you know someone who can make a reed for it?
