Can anyone identify the maker?
For some reason it posted my topic twice.
The onrnamental thing-ees look like the chanter that was identified as made by Tom White that I have at home. Are there any markings??
Edited: Just looked at some pics and its not what I thought 
I was told that this practice set once belonged to Cillian Valley. I don’t know if that helps…
