) I have caught the sidhe out of the corner of my eye, but on facing them, they tend to turn into shrubs, fireplugs, discarded things, and so on. 
You still very occassionally,these days, get the odd report from embarrased folk who claim to have met with ‘The Gentry’.Though I suppose in these 'Scientific/‘Science-Fictional’ times,people are just as ready to report meetings with ‘Aliens from Outer space’,as this seems to be a more readily accepted point of reference these days.
As all the reports through the ages have read-the ‘fairies’ were ALWAYS more frequently seen in the past,rather than the Reporters ‘present day’.
Actually, Kevin, in Minneapolis one only has to hang out on Hennepin Ave., and before long a waft of fairies is sure to be witnessed. 
As I told Bloo before, it’s a Kingdom of the Sidhe.

Did a gig Sat. morning for a bookreading; all about a swashbuckling Scottish 16th Cent. rabbit and his adventures. At one point in the reading, one of his sidekicks was taken by the fairies (whereupon I leaned over to my compatriots and muttered that our hero should have no trouble finding his friend; he’s probably off at “The '90s” having a drink. They laughed out loud.
