When will the time come for the ban of FS/WTB threads in rest of forums? It will dramatically reduce the level of WhOA in most of us, I suppose 
If the experiment is to have a forum that can’t be viewed or posted to without permission, so as to protect those of us with few funds, it’s working.
Of course, if I wanted to post an instrument for sale, should I just send my listing to a moderator, for posting?

I think I like this idea…
The forum title implies used instruments only…what about the makers and tweakers? If it is intended that they tout their wares there too, maybe the title needs tweaking? Clarification?
I have an absolutely stinking cold, with chesty cough, acute bronchitis at best I should think, and it is turning into a horrible bout of catarrh and blocked sinuses. Anyone wanna buy some second-hand harmonicas?

Okay, here goes…
I have for sale a Majestic Tenor banjo. Made in the 20s here in NYC. It is a 19 fret, new tuning pegs , skin head in good condition. The neck itself is thin. I find it extremely comfortable to play. Asking $400.00.
I also have a German fiddle. Has a somewhat bright sound. Good condition. Asking $350.00.

i am not sure that anything can reduce the level of WhOA from which i suffer… in fact, having it all in one place may just ADD to it…

It would appear that this thread, a notice of the implementation of the new board, is being easily misconstrued to be the new board. Perhaps a more obvious differentiation is in order - like a large and easily noted link to the actual board in the beginning post of this thread?
