Just wondering if anybody got together Sunday morning at 9/930 at Marcus Ampitheater. If you did, I didn’t hear any evidence of whistlers, except the two kids sitting way off in the corner, playing some very nice tunes who I joined after looking about for half an hour or so… 
Ditto what kcdwhistler said, we didn’t see anyone either.

Sorry, my new knees didn’t make it Sunday after the three full previous days wandering about the grounds. I was there Saturday, but no one made it. I missed seeing the usual folks but it was a great event.
Maybe someone would like to try organizing some sort of a meeting of area C&Fers later in the year. There are several regulars in the area who work weekends or weekend days or have other conflicts.
Maybe somebody else would like to put something togather next year.
Too bad Irish Fest doesn’t schedule an open session during non prime time!
If you let me know and have concrete numbers, I might be able to get a two hour slot where we hold our now annual uilleann pipers session that I set up three years back. Off of the lake, room for musicians, not so much for onlookers, and free beer/water for those participating!!!
There are also sessions going all over the festival grounds, you just have to know where, mostly at the above mentioned location.
