The mouth-blown UPs have been around for a while, but have received poor reviews. Do a search on this forum to see previous opinions.
Scott’s has been fairly well known in GHB circles for a while. They keep trying to break into the UP market. I see from the link you provided that they are still advertising Joe Kennedy sets, but I don’t think he has made them a set in quite a while - they wouldn’t stop wrecking the reeds, and they couldn’t understand why he couldn’t produce a new set in under a week like GHB makers do.

really seems like a waste of money to buy a mouth blown set of pipes. ya have to get used to the bellows sometime.
very funny trying to play bagpipes, when the bag goes down you end up looking like a fool pumping your arm. and going very red and eventually bursting.
They also advertise a 1/2 set by Joe Kennedy for US$2,995. Is JK making sets for this shop or how have they gotten their hands on one of his sets?
