As you may or may not know, I’m moving at the end of the month.
I’ve sold a few whistles, but now, as I’m packing more stuff, I have decided to quit schlepping around some of these whistles and stuff.
First up–a whole passel of music stuff, mostly whistles.
From left to right:
- A dented Sweetone that still sounds good
- a Trophy whistle
- a Walton’s Guinness whistle
- a Soodlum that my wife gave to me, used, when I first started playing, so it’s like 12 years old
- a clarke traditional C
- A rare and fabled Mchaffie whistle
- A purple Weltmeister, also rare these days. The tuning slide area is cracked in a couple of places, but it still sounds good. Teflon tape wll really help snug it up. I was going to review this whistle, but it was cracked when I got it, so I didn’t feel right reviewing it, even though it sounded good.
- A nickel Feadog Pro C
- A brass Feadog Pro, with cracked fipple, but still plays.
- Two Vargus whistles (Feadog Pro tweak), which I reviewed, one of which has the heat-damaged finish, but still plays.
- A Feadog Pro nickel D
- A brass Generation C
- A brass Generation D
- A brass Generation F
- a nickel Generation Eb (not shown)
- A bamboo quena
- 2 pairs of wooden bones
I’d like to sell this as a big whole lot. $35.00 gets it, shipping included.
Not counting the banged up sweetone, weltmeister (which sells new for like $70), mchaffie, damaged vargus, or cracked feadog, this set would be 142.3 new. So it’s nearly $110.00 off, if you buy it all as a big box. Plus I’m including shipping, so it’s more like $120, off. (Prices from Song of the Sea when possible).
Second, I still have a Granite Falls Aluminum whistle for sale. There wasn’t much interest in this whistle at $45, so I’m dropping the price of it to $35.00.
These are crazy prices, folks…shipping is included in the price! Please don’t make me move these whistles and stuff!
