I wonder who the seller is? :boggle:

I wonder…who’ll stop the rain? :boggle:

Hey, the seller’s name is the same as Dave Power’s handle on this forum. Think it’s the same guy?
:boggle:
“This is the best narrow bore D chanter I have ever heard or played.”
Geez!
I own one of these and they’re da bomb! :boggle:
:boggle:

Seller also sold the Pershaw set a few weeks ago and got good feedback.

Two leremarkables from New Jersey… odds are it is David, doing a little early spring cleaning.

Perhaps he is gathering the wherewithal to produce his own Broadway show.

The are MYPIPES. David is helping me sell them ..I just acquired an Angus full set in C and the narrow bore D practice set is only going out for sale to defray costs…I am having second thoughts about selling this set but sometimes you have to let go. …I have managed to acquire some good pipes over my short 3 years. Trust me ..this is a great set! Trust David his ear is far better than mine.

David Power must be down on his luck
I saw an earlier post and he looked terrible, unshaven and bedraggled living on the streets of new York.
I think we should have a collection for him so he doesn’t have to sell his pipes.

How is the new C set working out for you?

I bought a B chanter from Brad recentlly which I really like. The tone is beautiful and the reach is actaully slightly narrower than my C. On the strength of the chanter I’ve ordered a full set.

I’ve had to work on the reed a little to adjust from the climate of the North West to where I am in PA, but it’s playing very nicely and the tuning is very good.

I’d be interested to know how your C set is working out. I was sorely tempted to press the buy-it -now button except I really wanted a B set.

That getup isin’t as cheap as it looks, I’m told…not by a damn sight.
Did you hear about the fisherman who went to the Grand Coulee? His was the best catch by a dam site…

The C set is a work in progress.. chanter is fine  but I just dont have the experience to get it set up and David Power is too busy with that silly broadway thing. So I tune a drone here and there and tighten things up. I am sure these pipes will humm someday and will advisewhen that occurs.

Only five hours left :astonished:
