My newest whistler

Post by fearfaoin »

So, I've been online spottily for the past
couple weeks. That's because early last
week, my daughter was born! Sorry I've
been remiss in announcing it here.

We're calling her Bridget Nicole. So close
to Halloween, she was bound to be a little
pumpkin...

I decided to carve a whole pumpkin family
to reflect our new addition:

You didn't count the pumpkins did you Denny? :)

Congrats Fearfaoin:)

How come you have the time not only to be on C&F but carve three pumpkins as well!!??
You should be catching up on sleep or baby sitting while you wife catches up on sleep or something.
I hope you are not the sort of person who says it's the mothers job :)

I took 2 weeks off expecting to need
to sleep constantly, and it turns out
Bridget's a very good baby. She sleeps
well, is minimally fussy, and seems to
entertain herself when in her crib or
car seat. So we found ourselves with
more time than I thought we would.

If we sleep till 9, turns out we're good.

Congrats! Bridget Nicole Fearfaoin has a nice ring to it.

Judging by the pumpkins, your wife is handling things better than you are! You look a bit ... tense. :-)
