a short uilleannpipes stopmotion animation i made for uni.
a bit cranky...
please dont mind the playing, it was not so tuned. one take in the garden quite sometime ago with my friend using woodsticks to play the bird.

hopefully i will give this another go someday.

oh,
forgot to mention that i made the pipes a bit SSP looking cause it just looked better in the composition.

and now that i notice that im not sure how relevant this is to this forum, but nevermind...

Very very good..Thanks for sharing...reminds of the time a few years back when I climbed my favourite Willow Tree in Regents Park in London and played the pipes frae within the foliage which caught some odd glances and quizzical looks frae the folks on the ground..If ye happen to be in Regents park it is the tree next to the bog garden say hello to it for me. :wink:

Very cool! I always wanted to do stuff like this but never learned the techniques. Timing the stop to the sound. Very impressive!

Tell us something.: I am interested in the uilleann pipes and their typical -and broader- use. I have been composing and arranging for the instrument lately. I enjoy unusual harmonic combinations on the pipes. I use the pipes to play music of other cultures.
