Good luck vibes needed please
I know I don't post much on here (more on the whistle forum) but some of you may know me enough to send me a vibe or two! I have a return visit to my hospital consultant tomorrow to get the results of a scan on a work injury. This happened 18 months ago and has stopped me folk dancing - encouraged me to work harder on my whistles, after many years, so it's not all bad! Anyway, tomorrow I hear how big an operation is needed to restore a bit of normality to my life, or indeed if such surgery is even possible. I am very scared (doesn't always pay to be a nurse!) and, as my husband is also anxious, I find it hard to share my fears with him. It is good to feel that I can at least write this down to a few sympathetic ears (eyes?). Anyway, positive thoughts would be very welcome.
Thank you all.
Lesley
PS Dale, I think I've evaded the medical post embargo?
Thank you all.

Everytime I have had surgery it always cheers me up that I haven't yet bothered to clean out my closets, do some yardwork, and fix all the stuff that needs fixing. If I don't make it, well then, yippee, I sure didn't waste time on those things and if I do make it, well then, doing those things will have new meaning.
Let us know how it goes.
Let us know how it goes.
Rose tint my world. Keep me safe from my trouble and pain.

Good luck, Lesley. I trust the NHS over there in England is as good as it is here in Cornwall!

And Steve in Cornwall, Devon isn't in England - it's in Devon!
