I got the following reply from the lovely Sanyallana about the case of the missing uilleann pipe video:

"I tried to upload the programm about the uillean pipe but they didn't upload it to Iplayer (where I get the videos for uploading).
I dont know if they are going to upload it in the future but I have been browsing the website and it seems they dont broadcast the serie via internet anymore.
Do you know anything about it?"

I don't know anything about it. Anyone else know anything about it?
