A quick question, how do you attach photos to a thread?
Hi all, I was just wondering whether any one out there could tell me how to go about attaching photographs to a forum thread ?
Life is a dream within a dream.

You need to host the photo somewhere on a website (your own or a free hosting site). Then you should be able to use the "Img" button when you type your post.
Some hosts don't like when you do that because it uses their bandwidth, so you may have to just link to the photo using the "URL" button.

Brad: I always host all my photos in www.photobucket.com
You can get an account there for free, and very easily.
When you are already signed up, you should go to "My albums" (on the top of the screen) > "Albums and Upload", and there you'll be able to upload as many photos as you want.
After that, under each photo you uploaded you'll have some different fields: "Email & IM", "Direct Link", "HTML Code" and "IMG Code".
Next to "IMG Code" you'll have a link to that photo written between IMG | /IMG, you should click on that link, paste it here in the post you're writing, and you'll have the pic.
i.e.:
[ IMG ]http://i128.photobucket.com/albums/p189 ... /mgwh3.jpg[ /IMG ]
(you'll write it without those spaces between the [ ])
I hope you understood something, I'm not very good explaining in english, LOL!
Regards,
Martin
