Tell us something.: Playing Scottish and Irish music in California for 45 years. These days many discussions are migrating to Facebook but I prefer the online chat forum format.
About that photo, our group was setting up to play in an outdoor mall. I was doing some warmups on my flute. Then several young women arrived in their dance leotards, doing various modern dance moves while I was playing (presumably they were part of some dance class). At one point they all laid down on that fountain, and our guitarist was on-the-ball and snapped a photo.
BUT, she has fallen in love with someone who is NOT me.
. . . who most probably doesn't even care about her.
That's the problem with some girls, they chase guys they can't get.
So, the next time, play a tune for one of her friends and ignore her, and see what happens

Never argue with an idiot, they will bring you down to their level then beat you with experience!!
Tell us something.: "Tell us something" hits me a bit like someone asking me to tell a joke. I can always think of a hundred of them until someone asks me for one. You know how it is. Right now, I can't think of "something" to tell you. But I have to use at least 100 characters to inform you of that.
Too bad, man. That's the way it goes sometimes. Might I suggest starting a new thread asking for whistle tunes to play when you're lonely? I know a ton of 'em.
