Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

Great idea, as far as I am concerned. Include Canada, too, please.

Being on the other side of the pond, but enjoying hearing of the various doings of the more regional Tionols in the USA ( and all you have to offer), and hearing these days of some of the output thanks to the computer revolution. YEH! Get together.

Plan it some time ahead, to give it a chance - and plan for a MAJOR Tional, the WORLD Tionol after that, so we can all join in, meet, break down barriers - learn from each other.

What a blast.

I would recommend Chicago in honour of Chief O'Neill. Or Philadelphia in honour of the Taylors. Or New York, in honour of Coyne. Or Roxbury, Mass in honour of Ned White.

I recommend New Orleans. Nice and humid all the time, a very musical city, and plenty of good food and grog. Not much else going for it though.

Tell us something.: I am interested in the uilleann pipes and their typical -and broader- use. I have been composing and arranging for the instrument lately. I enjoy unusual harmonic combinations on the pipes. I use the pipes to play music of other cultures.

Nano's subtlety is lost on the lot of ya.

I dare you to come up with a more appropriate place name.

No no no no no no... it ought to be a place that'll put pipers and their pipes to the test like, say, Pike's Peak.

Sorry, I can't take the hot, humid weather. My vote would be for Dukphart, Idaho.
