Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

I knew it. I just knew it.

You know, I've heard a body can live on Guinness and onions. Not that I'd want to, but still.

With a gobble gobble here and a gobble gobble there,
Here a gobble, there a gobble,

Tell us something.: "Tell us something" hits me a bit like someone asking me to tell a joke. I can always think of a hundred of them until someone asks me for one. You know how it is. Right now, I can't think of "something" to tell you. But I have to use at least 100 characters to inform you of that.

"Guinness is Good for You" is reputed to be novelist & Dante Scholar Dorothy Sayers' great contribution to advertising copywriting.

Or so I was once told by a prof. I'm scared to google it for fear that its a myth, and I like the story too much for that.
And now there was no doubt that the trees were really moving - moving in and out through one another as if in a complicated country dance. ('And I suppose,' thought Lucy, 'when trees dance, it must be a very, very country dance indeed.')
