It's Mikie Smyth for sure. His piping's just great. He's my favourite, could listen to him for hours. I remember two or three nice evenings with him, good piping and company !

not sure, but maybe Feargal Chambers from Dublin (difficult to be sure with that vidéo quality, but the piping style is the same )
