Hmmm... although I would hope for some shelter available for the equine personage, I know they will choose to stay out in it at times, of their own free will, so don't put too much into worrying about an animal that is, if you get right down to it, designed to be out in the elements, and usually puts on quite the thick coat of fuzzy for it.

My dog woke me up at 6:30 this morning; he was so excited he was practically doing the Snoopy dance. There was a dusting of snow on the ground, and he wanted to go play in it.

Aren't all wild animals subject to the caprice of nature?

He has a 15x24 run in shelter...it is just right of the picture. He is a full Shire, he doesn't care. :D

I ment snow in November. We broke the record for rain fall just after mid month. The ski areas were open a week before thanksgiving.

That's a beautiful picture, Denny. I didn't realize that was your horse! I thought you were trying to tickle our funny bones.

Hey where do you live? One of my bands played a couple gigs in Marysville and Arlington (pivate parties) and drove over Snoqualmie Pass last weekend. It was bare and dry on Friday and Saturday. On Sunday ir rained all day, all the way home. We stayed with a nice family up in the mountains near Jim Creek just east of Arlington.

I can't wait to get to the snow. We just heard that it might snow here in Portland tonight. That would be exiting. Mt. Hood has a good deal of snow now too. I want to go snowboarding!

Oh good! I kinda figured you for knowing better, and the fact that I had little or no clue what the 'wrong' part was... glad I guessed wrong. :D

We'd take rain or snow... we're so far behind in precip it's down right scary. :o

I don't know the bloke I'm afraid - I took the pic sneakily. It's at Rockingham (I think), near Perth in WA. That's some bike, innit. He was going pretty well on it, though he'd stopped for a rest when I took the pic. I think he may have needed frequent rests. :D

Tell us something.: You just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don't need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don't need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself free

All that bike needs is are some front shocks (it already has a rear), some knobby tires, and a few bungee cords for the grocery basket in the back, and you'd have one bitchin' cool mountain bike.

Might have to reinforce the chainring guard a bit though, since the ground clearance leaves a bit to be desired......

Kinda reminds me of the old Raliegh Choppers.
