How should I know? I don't live in Johnson County. I'm not even sure which state you're talking about.

Confused again, from the yurpeen POV. By "School" you mean "College", is that right?

I've never heard of JCCC. Until now.
Yes, Yes, Duh? Yes, Duh? Yes.

My opinion is that if an establishment educates you properly, even if it has no "Music Program" (and I suppose you don't mean watching videos of Fantasia), you will be inclined to educate yourself in the music line, to a greater or lesser extent.

I took music at "School". That is, at age 11, 12. It's hard to say what I learned, other than if the Music teacher is dashing around the room at high speed, it's hard to remember what Beethoven piece you're trying to play.

What a strange questionaire. Shouldn't it be in the Single Malt Scotch thread? :wink: For the record I think that Schools without music programs have far more shrubberies than schools that don't have music programs. Every time I go into one of those I start sweating jellybeans and the bottoms of my feet tingle. Responding in this thread is making me want to start posting pictures of random cheeses again.

The education is less complete. I think that, at least in the area I went to school, the music programs are safe so long as football is such a high priority in the community, as the high school band is an integral part of that.

FWIW Bruce live can hold the audience, but the recordings do not capture him well.
