I've been reading (with some amusement) the trials and trevails of this message board over the last week or so. Not only do I wonder why people shoot themselves in the foot (because it's there?), but I wonder about the presumption of people sometimes.

Here is a merchant who is getting free advertising of his business to a targetd audience of people. And then he threatens to sue the person providing the free advertising, and then complains when his free advertising is not republished. Am I missing something here? Do I hear a clue-phone ringing in the background?

Personally, I am very grateful to Dale & Rich for their running of this board. I do not know about the arrangements, but I bet they spend considerable amounts of their own time and money to keep this up and running, just to receive the hassle of threatened lawsuits. Reminds me of that old saying that no good deed goes unpunished.

Dale & Rich, thanks for your efforts in providing a vast amount of education to a newbie who has recently discovered a new hobby. And remember, you guys don't owe anybody anything, so I don't think you owe an explanation for whether to pull somebody's link off your site. Remember, "It's good to be king!"

Thanks again.

I must add my thanks to Dale and Rich. Life would have many less colors and cosmic overtones without the opportunities you have provided with these forums. Thank you
Peace

Yes. Thanks, Dale. You're right up there with Garrison Keillor in my book.

And Thanks, Rich, also. Providing this forum is a great thing.

I want to add my thanks to Dale and Rich. It gets hot in here sometimes, but it's always worth a visit. Kind of like the sauna, eh?

Tell us something.: Long ago, I was told that I faked iTrad whistle work very well. I took that comment to heart. 20 years of private lessons - and many, many hours of rehearsal later - I certainly hope I have improved...
