Firefox Extension for ignoring members on phpBB forums

Post by Kevin L. Rietmann »

phpBB User Hide - Firefox Extension " Hides/unhides a user's posts in phpBB forums."

"It should work on virtually every phpBB install, and adds a little [X] in front of every user's username. Click that, and the user will be added to your ignore list. All posts by that user will be hidden, with a link to show them."

JGilder could ignore Weekenders, and vice versa of course. Everyone could ignore Dale. (Most of you do anyway, right?)
Seems like an effective way of promoting understanding and the common good, all that sort of thing.

"Based on a greasemonkey script, but this file is standalone." Uh, OK.

But I guess you gotta filter out the spambots.

[uncheck Bloomfield box] Bloomie...don't worry if nobody responds. It's just that they can't see your post.[/uncheck Bloomfield box]

But really, I would never ever ever ever block a Bloo post. Life would be a duller shade of dull.

That's fine. It's better for me if everyone ignores me. Then, when I make my move, everyone will be caught off guard.
