It is of course ridiculous, and potentially disgusting, in concept, but it would be interesting to know whether Hufu makers have succeeded--more than other makers of meat analogs--in actually imparting a complex and tasty flavor to tofu.

For sure! Where would the get human meat from in suitable form and quantity?
It's probably beef they're knocknig-off as human.
