A favorite poem:
The Nightingale
Daylight on its last purple cloud
Was lingering grey, and soon her strain
The Nightingale began; now loud,
Climbing in circles the windless sky,
Now dying music; suddenly
'Tis scattered in a thousand notes,
And now to the hushed ear it floats
Like field smells known in infancy,
Then failing, soothes the air again.
~Shelley

Okay, here goes....
On this, my 2000th post, I would like to say how grateful I am to be in the company of such smart, talented, wacky and wonderful people as those on this board. I have made friendships that most likely never could have been without Rich and Dale giving us this terrific place to come together....there have been good times, good laughs, and good music shared. What more could a person ask for?
I raise my glass in toast to all of you!!

And many a poor man that has roved,
Loved and thought himself beloved,
From a glad kindness cannot take his eyes.
