Sex and taxes

Post by Dale »

Amazon.com has a feature that displays suggestions other customers make about other products you might be interested in, based on the product you're viewing. So, it will say, "1 person recommends The Book of French Sauces in addition to (the book you're already looking at). Or it will say, "2 persons recommend "Daily Affirmations for the Small-Applicance Repairman" INSTEAD of "Chicken Soup for the Assistant Comptroller at the Small State University."

Anyway, I was looking at TURBOTAX this morning on amazon.com and it shows this:

# 1 person recommended "New Sex Now: Life's Ultimate Pleasure"instead of "TurboTax State Multi-State 2004 Win/Mac"

Sometimes life is good.

I'm sure it was a serious suggestion.

Tell us something.: I used to be a regular then I took up the bassoon. Bassoons don't have a lot of chiff. Not really, I have always been a drummer, and my C&F years were when I was a little tired of the drums. Now I'm back playing drums. I mist the C&F years, though.

I guess it means that with taxes, you're totally screwed anyway, so you may as well enjoy it.

Alternatively, maybe sex is just too taxing.

I was going to post something funny but I can't possibly match the aforeposted posts.
I'm no longer trying a new posting paradigm

The difference is we don't get a sex increase every time Congress meets!

Or do we? :o

Depends on which party is in the majority. :D

This reminds me of one of my favourite lines from the Simpsons, when Homer is dancing with Marge and singing "Do the Conga":

C'mon, baby, let's go have sexual congress
Not the kind of Congress that includes Paul Tsongas!
