Truth be told, I don't expect the best. I've grown pretty cynical in my old age, but I've been stunningly surprised at times (JessieK has been front and center in one very notable example), so I continue to hold out hope.emmline wrote:You expect the best and I hope you'll be rewarded.

Jerry and anyone else who thinks Tyrone was aiming his cynicism at the new Mr. T version of JessieD, he wasn't. Whenever he (Tyrone) sees or thinks of me, he posts something rude. Because I usually respond with indignation, he thinks I am not capable of friendly discussion. How wrong he is. His loss. I guess I won't be raising $5400 for him anytime soon (ever).
Jerry, thank you very much for the gift!! The bonus one is simply superb! I played it today at Joey's playgroup and all the little toddlers danced. It was great.
Az...complaining that my headline should have had the letters "O" and "T" in it was a bit...um...well...a way to see yourself post of no reason, wasn't it? I mean...it's about the message board and possible confusion on said board. That's not OT.
(I am a little hormonal at the moment. Sorry, Az, I think. Not sorry, Tyrone.)

I think Tyrone has a weird sense of humor.JessieK wrote: Not sorry, Tyrone.
I also think you began your now strained "relationship" by being unnecessarily unkind regarding his post. That's all.
edit: thanks D. sometimes I can't spell.

Thank you for the clarification.
I don't think there will be any confusion between us!

i presume you are referring to the fund that my family and a lot of other good people on this board contributed to when mister freeman's wife was ill. i'm not sure what bringing up the amount of dollars has to do with anything. my spouse and i are strangers to mister freeman, but we saw a fellow human being in need of help, and we, like everyone else helped the best that we could. i know that i would even help you if you were needing help, regardless of what you claim you would not do for me. i can't pick and choose who is worthy, nor do i have your kind of venom to spew at people.JessieK wrote: His loss. don't mention it...JessieK wrote:Not sorry, Tyrone.

Re: JessieD...
Taken it? I don't believe chiffboard user names are supposed to be like, say, internet domain names, where you can just reserve the ones you think you'd like to possibly use one day.JessieK wrote:...is not me and has nothing to do with me. That being said, when I first saw the 'JessieD', my first thought that it was indeed you with a new user name.
Cheers,
Jens

Re: JessieD...
It might be confusing for some, but when you realize that the words "me", "myself" and "I" are used less than 637 times in the first six lines of JessieD's posts, it settles things straightJens_Hoppe wrote: That being said, when I first saw the 'JessieD', my first thought that it was indeed you with a new user name.
