copied from amar's restaurant:"a mild way of describing their snail ravioli in mild garlic stock, the frog drumsticks with truffled potato puree, or the squabs en vessie served with fresh pasta au foie gras".

i always suspected transilvania to be in france :boggle:

Ooohh, good for you, you lucky sod. It sounds divine. I'd not have gone for the frog, perhaps, but les escargots, now....mmmm. <lapses into daydream involving, in part, haute cuisine...reminding self that dreaming, at least, is free  >

I'd have had to go with les assiette de saumons. Not much there for the primarily herbivorous, but the dessert menu looks yummy.

Tell us something.: You just slip out the back, Jack
Make a new plan, Stan
You don't need to be coy, Roy
Just get yourself free
Hop on the bus, Gus
You don't need to discuss much
Just drop off the key, Lee
And get yourself free

Tell us something.: I play whistles. I sell whistles. This seems just a BIT excessive to the cause. A sentence or two is WAY less than 100 characters.

I was like that right up to the age of 40. Enjoy it while you can then come and join me on the diet thread. :)
