Hi all! As some of you might know, I would be drafted into the Police Academy in about 2 days time. Its a under a compulsary conscription (for army, police and civil defence) thing that Singapore practices for all male citizens. I'll be toting my new M&E Rudall copy and a Generation whistle into camp. As I'm pretty certain that I wouldn't get much computer access in camp let alone to the access to the forum, I'm bidding everyone farewell for now. All the best for all your future endeavours, and I'll see ya all in a few months time!

- Tell us something.: I became interested in the beauty and versatility of Irish whistles and music over 20 years ago when I first found the Chiff boards. Yes, I do have WHOA, and I love my whistles. :)

Eldarion,
I didn't realize you were in Singapore! All this time I thought you were in the US.
Anyway, good luck with everything and we will really miss you. Wow everyone at camp with your lovely Orison version of "The Butterfly." Have a good time, survive, and come back to us when you can!
Warm wishes,
Cees

- Tell us something.: Long ago, I was told that I faked iTrad whistle work very well. I took that comment to heart. 20 years of private lessons - and many, many hours of rehearsal later - I certainly hope I have improved...

- Tell us something.: Good to be home, many changes here, but C&F is still my home! I think about the "old" bunch here and hold you all in the light, I am so lucky to have you all in my life!

Best of luck to you in your new endeavor. Come back when you can.

Too often we underestimate the power of a touch, a smile, a kind word, a
listening ear, an honest compliment, or the smallest act of caring, all of
which have the potential to turn a life around. -Leo Buscaglia, author
