You have Shannon, myself, and two baby ferrets standing by as your South Arkansas Whistle Strike Force.

I have always wanted to write a sentence like that. Wow, that was a rush! 8)

Hang in there, take one day at a time, and remember to look to those who love you for your truest strength.

With warm regards,

Missed you, Dale. You haven't lossed your good humor though! Any
chance you need a baby sitter for all those whistles...which you have no
time for either? Just kidding..NOT :D

Tell us something.: Long ago, I was told that I faked iTrad whistle work very well. I took that comment to heart. 20 years of private lessons - and many, many hours of rehearsal later - I certainly hope I have improved...

You are the best, Dale. Stay safe - and close to all of us.
Cheers.

Maybe you should go lie down and rest now. :)

Dale, I understand. We value the time you put into this, and I for one will not quibble over how much time you give us. Heck some of use are surprised you give us the time of day...

Hey, um, now that I think of it, can you tell me what time it is Dale? :D

Ha! That proves it. I've long suspected that she was a eugenic breeding project of the Bavarian Illuminati.

Sound like 'interesting times'** have rapped you in their embrace.
** Ancient Chinese Curse: May you live in interesting times.

Thanks for creating a forum for us nuts,
a pleasant forest for us to fall in,
and roll around before springing up again.

A Tune for Dale:

As soul is stretched hither and yon,
take moments to feed the heart
with a tune or two,
letting go the things
that can be resolved
bathed only
in the music from within
depending not on word or thought,
giving the heart rest
and
the soul nourishment
beyond words.

May you find the moments to ...
Enjoy Your Music,
Lee Marsh

For cryin' out loud, surely it doesn't take a year or two to test drive a couple of Davy Spillane whistles!

Good luck with whatever it is, and we trust that you'll continue to drop in from time to time even if you're officially marked absent on the C&F attendance roll.

I don't think Dale will ever stray too far from the board -- not after the big party thread that went on last November when he took a little vacation.

If you discover you have a "perfect" Low Whistle, don't sell it. Trust me, I know! If it's close to perfection, don't sell it. Trust me, I know! If you feel that it's difficult to adjust to but you still feel a deep connection to it, don't sell it. Just give it to me!!!
