You're going to give whistle dealers a bad name.
It's fine as long as:
1. You don't pawn your car, wedding rings, etc to buy whistles.
2. You don't go to a street corner to buy whistles.
Besides, collecting whistles is nowhere as bad an obession as making them. I'm sure other whistle builders will second that.
