OT: Birthday presents

Post by Paul »

Well, today I am 37. My employees must know me pretty well because yesterday I got a bottle of Bushmills from one of my salesmen and today I found this sitting on my desk! :D :D

No whistles from them but I treated myself to a wonderful Alba Low C with a smileyface fipple plug. Thanks Stace! I love it!!!

Tonite my Wife, Mom, Dad, Sis, Sis's fiancee and I are going out to my favorite restaurant. :)

Slán go fóill,

37! Gee, it sounds as if you are in need of one of those walking-flute type canes.

Happy B-day!

Belated happy birthday Paul. Well, I am on the other side of the world. BTW, don't knock the phone; antiques are valuable. :D

belated Happy birthday, Paul!

Bushmill, Guinness, Alba low C are unquestionably treats.

Now... Jägermeister :o What, the FDA allowed its import to US, or was it smuggled?

Reactions to this stuff vary a lot--I guess it's an ethnic thing.
You'll tell us if it is really a gift after you tried this... haggis of liquors

Tell us something.: Been a fluter, citternist, and uilleann piper; committed now to the way of the harp.

Oh, yeah: also a mod here, not a spammer. A matter of opinion, perhaps.

And don't forget the Brain Hammer! Half Jägermeister, half Dewars, no ice. :boggle: Special effects guaranteed, and wear protective gear.

Oh, and happy birthday, Paul.

BTW, Zubivka, I suspect that in your usual fashion, you're giving double duty to the word "gift", here. Jagermeister is, after all, a German product, yes?

Gift genau. If you're more into Borgias' pharmacy, there's also the Fernet-Branca. Use the mint-flavour variation for a first strike. Stroke?
