What exactly was your father into Walden?syn whistles wrote:Hello Folks, don't listen to Wombat when he says Aussies only work two days a week. You can tell he works for a university.... the fact is, I've been as busy as a Baghdad bricklayer for the last week.

This isn't a review...I'll post one later but right now am swamped.
However, here are some recordings of my Syn recorded late last night:

It's a really really nice whistle.
More to come...

((edit) lest anyone get the wrong idea, I like the sound. You have also chosen the perfect price point for your instrument. )

I am enquiring about the possibility of low whistles from "The Mysterious Mr. Syn"
I'll post here when I found out anything.

Now Plagon, I have a hunch that, like me, you knew who Mr. Syn was all along. Right?plagon2000 wrote:I've been watching this for a while now, and was actually in Canberra last weekend so thought I'd check it out. Met Mr Syn and now own a syn whistle. So do lots of other whistlers, nice whistles and a pleasure doing business.

Dave: Nope, you are definitely not the only one without a clue to the identity. Count me in that group also.DaveG wrote:Am I the only person on the board who doesn't have a clue as to who the mysterious Mr. Syn is?? (not that it matters all that much)..Nice whistle though...
