Ja, aber nur Frau Stirnima zur Liebe.
Yes, but only Mrs. Stirnima to the love
I wrote THAT???
Those online translators are such a joke. But even if I tell you that Christian asked me if I also wore my hair "open" and that I replied, yes but only to humor Frau Stirnima, I am afraid that you might still not get the joke (the other one). But I do recommend that you make the arcana of German feature movies from the 50s and 60s your dilligent study, and then you'll be able to enjoy the chuckle, too.

This reminds me of a story I heard in the early days computer assisted translation. The phrase "The spirit is willing, but the flesh is weak." was translated from English to Russian and back again. The result: "The vodka is agreeable, but the meat has spoiled."
By the way, what is "the fish"?

Do you know how hard it is to find a 100 X 100 pixel, <20K picture of the Lone Ranger?
YOU HAVE MADE MY LIFE A LIVING HECK!!!
Music and songs were part of a cowboy's life. It is said that a trail boss would never pick a fellow that could not sing or whistle.

Don't blame the fish, Bloom! You should have written "zuliebe" instead of "zur Liebe".

Nope, but I know it took me less than 2 minutes to make a 4kb 99x85 pixel JPG copy of the GIF image you posted. I can send it along if you want it.
