My ten-year-old son took this photo of me on his first try with a 35mm and a zoom.

Tell us something.: Long ago, I was told that I faked iTrad whistle work very well. I took that comment to heart. 20 years of private lessons - and many, many hours of rehearsal later - I certainly hope I have improved...

Mine needs a little tweaking - it's my AIM buddy icon... from a drawing of the staff here some years ago. Since my air name is Captain Cal, that kind of explains the drawing... :)

This is making me crazy! I can't . for the life of me, figure out how to get a stupid picture up! I did crop a few and get them down to the right KB but I have no idea how to change the pixels. :moreevil:

(I really hate to have to ask my daughter how, but I guess I'll have to ) oh well...........

Well, since so many others have posted their picture both in their avatars and in the past on the board, I thought perhaps it was only fair for me to post one... though for a limited time only because I really like my other animated sunny smiling avatar. :)

So this pic is from about eight years ago... I haven't changed too much I don't think. Um, much longer hair I guess, and glasses... oh, and no funny red square on top of my head. Well, it's a lot closer than the other photos I have digitalized so far... baby photos would be really off now wouldn't they.? ;)

Hey! Look what's back! (Just noticed anyhow.) Rich gave us back the good laughing smilie! Oh and the grinning one to! :D And a few others.  :boggle: Don't think they were there before anyhow.

Cowtime...I don't know what system, or photo software you're using, but if this helps...what I did was scan and save as a thumbnail under my pictures on the computer. Then, if you simply move your cursor onto the thumbnail, it will pop-up the properties (size 20KB and dimensions 100x100) for example. Just keep sizing down till it reads these maximums. There's also other ways to get sizing properties of your pic.

I would have posted a pic of me as my avatar, but this little thing was too cool to pass up. So, maybe I'll post a pic of me later. I LOVE the instant access to the emoticons. Wonderful! :D
