It kind of comes back to the original question of taste. If this was food, it would be like a candy bar. Processed, formulated, packaged, without nutritional value and only providing calories and a sugar rush. Some like Circus Peanuts, others like NECCO Wafers.

It's another moderately annoying forgettable pop song. But, if I put my mind to it I could easily come up with many more annoying songs from "my" era. It's at times like this I must remember that a lot of media is geared towards the 12 year old with $20 burning a hole in their pocket. Who am I to judge whatever they listen to?
