I have a ralph Cook low d for sale or trade. I cant remember the price of it when i bought it so ill leave it open to reasonable offers. Ideally id like to trade for another whistle. (high, low, it doesnt matter)
This is a fairly quiet low d. (excellent for those of us that are apartment dwellers) It does play nicely and would make someone very happy.
