There’s no pipe tutors in NL, so to speak. There’s a VERY small number of piper’s in St. John’s. Where are you located? Rob Brown is in town and he’s a fine piper and very eager to help out potential players.

He is, but Neil only makes pipes. He does not provide instruction of any kind with regards to playing.

PM sent. There’s a small group in St. John’s but we’ve not gotten together since before Christmas. A very mixed bag of experience, so it works out well for everyone.
