Just curious,
Whether there is someone wanting to trade a set of scottish smallpipes or northumbrian pipes {prefered} for a nice eight keyed flute. The flute is english made but unmarked, pin mounted, plays great in modern pitch.
I bought this flute from Jon C here is the original sale:
https://forums.chiffandfipple.com/t/fs-antique-8-key-cocuswood-flute-sold/65062/1
It needs some work, but is playable now and I can post a video or play it for the trader.
I also have a Lachenal cg twenty two key concertina if it would sweeten the deal for a nice set of pipes.
Bit of a long shot but maybe someone has a set of pipes they don’t play
pm or contact me at my email dunnbanjo{at}yahoo.com
Thanks, Patrick

Still looking and am interested in a sackpipa as well. I’ve been playing the flute all day and its playing great
What kind of work does it need?
It has a head and barrell crack but these are metal lined so no leak. I just have tape on them now but they can be easily repaired. Not through embouchre because of an embouchre band.
