Well, I must begrudgingly add my congratulations. I withhold some enthusiasm, however, because I have a sneaking suspicion that Emmline has designs on my Bloomfield. I believe the high post count is simply a way to get him to notice her. If she isn’t careful she’s going to find herself smooshed into a locker filled with sweaty gym socks. But I digress… congratulations Emm!

No. This is the pertinent question. And the answer is not simple. But, when I work away from home more, I will likely post less. Mainly, I get tired of what I do alone, and take frequent posting breaks just for the contact.
That is just too sad.

Working from home “can” be good, no? I’ve never had that type of job.
The U.S. Navy doesn’t do much “work from home.” 
Now, the folks I work for don’t, either.

Well, yeah, never thought about it that way. I certainly spent enough days and nights onboard without getting to shore.
They really are home to a bunch of sailors, particularly the “junior enlisted” folk that are single. Those folks don’t typically qualify for any other housing, so they share a room with 40 or so others in the same “boat.”
