The Quinn half set I bought last February is up for sale, because as a GHBer and NSPer, fluter and whistler, I just can’t do it all, unfortunately. This set was made in 1985, and I’m the second owner. It’s AFB or Ebony and mounted with brass and boxwood. I’ve replaced the belts on the bellows with new leather and brass buckles. Some of the varnish on the boxwood has chipped off. It plays very easily and nicely. The chanter has a C natural key, and a shut-off key. The drone reeds are all cane. When I received the pipes one of the support posts on the bass drone end section had a home solder repair on it. That has since been repaired by a professional band instrument maker, and you can’t tell it was ever damaged. There is no case. Improvements and repairs are not figured into my asking price, so it’s rather firm.
If you are interested please email me directly for more details, including right of refusal terms. Serious enquiries only, please.
I’m asking what I paid for them, $2750, plus shipping and insurance. I’d prefer to sell to a piper in the U.S.
Thanks,
John Dally

Good luck with the sale. I can’t imagine you’ll be waiting long for a buyer. But just in case, you might also want to post here:
