That’s definately one by Marc van Daal (http://www.uilleann.net). Looks like the little brother to my half-set … just missing the drones. Good option for a beginner (like me).

It’s indeed one of his sets but the wood is ebony, not african blackwood as he never makes pipes out of anything else.
This is quite a rarity, we were discussing only yesterday about how there are seldom any of his sets for sale second hand.
The set on ebay now was probably sold at saint chartier.
This set will make a beginning piper VERY happy.

It’s probably a very good sign. Whoever buy a practice set continues to play it - hopefully with the addition of drones, regulators, star-spangled shoulder straps ( 
), etc.

Any potential buyer feel free to contact Marc if you find any problems with the practise set.
Obviously there’s no real warranty left but since it IS a van Daal set he’d be happy to assist in times of trouble.
In other words, he rather gets it playing for free (if it doesn’t) than have someone else maim it for money..

hi guys albert here, i bought this practice set for me boy, i was the one who got ripped off, i actually spoke to the seller tonight by phone & my payment is covered by cheque this time, police on the case of the thief,
