Personally, I’d be wary of an offer to sell any pipes where the maker is not named.

Yes, it looks like a Paki set I know, but I’ve contacted the seller asking him for the name of the maker and he said me the set’s made by UK maker with 15 years of experience and for some fuzzy 
reasons he can’t say me his name

but the first eight come from the same bidder, who has never bought anything else before. I don’t know, but I wouldn’t be in hurry to put my money on that, especially with the ‘mystery maker’.

I got an email from them asking if I wanted to be a customer or distributor of their products. I replied saying I’d be happy to become a distributor but that I would require them to send me a full set of uilleann pipes and allow me 3 months to thoroughly vet the instrument.
I also suggested that if they wanted me to publicly endorse their uilleann pipes, I might consider it, but that would be the subject of a separate agreement (and a separate fee).
I’ll let you know if I get a reply.
