multiple accounts, wandring_whistler, etc

I just realized this morning that I’ve goofed up.

For folks that have been around a while, I used to have the user name wandring_whistler, and I took an extended hiatus, nearly a year, from the board a while back. When I left, I changed that password to some random typings so I couldn’t get it back…you know–in case I was tempted :wink:

When I came to the board yesterday, I was logged out. I normally have the cookie set to keep me logged in all the time, so I went to log in, and being tired and all from my roommate’s surgery ordeal, I logged in as wandring_whistler, without any hassles, and posted my GFM review and a couple posts. Evidently a server crash around then or something caused the password to be reset to something I know.

I just wanted to clarify that user acct really is me, and I really didn’t mean to post from 2 accounts…sorry for any confusion! I think everything’s back to normal now.

Thank you for clearing that up… I was just wondering WTH was going on…

I had a moment of “There can’t be TWO wondering whistle types who
review whistles and play Ren Faires…” Then I found this thread. All
better. Now that you mention it, I do seem to remember the hiatus
announcement. Funny that you were able to login again.

I figured most people didn’t.

But I figured Dale, Rich or someone might, and so I thought best to just clear it up right away. I didn’t really imagine it was that big of a deal.
