Missing: Olwell keyed flute in cocus wood

This from Ben Power:

Have lost my flute, while down in DC. Beginning to panic. It is a brown (cocus) wood flute made by Patrick Olwell with six silver keys and silver rings and the top joint wrapped with thread. It is in a black flute case with a soft black leather slip case with a zip pocket over it. Shobukan folk in particular, please keep an eye out for it.

If you use Facebook we can widely share a post if you post it there. Sorry to hear about the flute. I can only imagine how that would feel. I hope it becomes a found flute story very soon.

Would help to have serial number/date of the flute, which is typically stamped on the end beneath the crown.

It’s for this reason (lost/stolen) that I have my flute engraved in a couple “secret” areas so it can be identified from others that might appear the same.
