Dale hasn’t approved this message, so it will probably be deleted as another one of my shameful commercial posts. However, I can’t help myself from announcing that a professional NYC flautist has chosen four of my lowly PVC flutes (Phil Collins’ score calls for ethnic flute) to play in the pit orchestra for the Disney production of “Tarzan”, which is now in preview and will open at the Richard Rogers Theater on Broadway in May. I am excited, even if I can’t afford the cost of the tickets to the show.
YAY!!!
Congrats!
That is great Doug. Congrats.
Yes, congratulations!
Happy millenial post to the post-millenial whistle board.

Will 78-year-old Cheetah be at the opening?
That’s way cool, Doug, I think this deserves an award as the best thousandth post ever.
It’s certainly amazing timing. Well done, Doug.
That’s not a commercial post, that’s celebrating a professional success!
Yay!
Congratulations!

Well done Doug.
A unique style of posting which is always polite, witty and charming. Many of our number could take lesssons from you in manners and grace.
Keep them coming.
Slan,

Yay for Tipple. I have a Tipple and a much more expensive wood flute from another maker. The Tipple gets most of the playing time. One reason, is the durability and far fewer worries about theft or damage.
Yes, you are well known for your shameful posting!
That is excellent news about your flutes and also congratulations on your 1000 very interesting posts!
I seem to remember the kite flying discussion for some reason.
Congratulations on your 1000th post and, more importantly, on your flutes’ Broadway debut!
