I have a brand new set of NSP’s in ‘D’ made by Richard & Anita Evans. The set has four complex drones and thirteen keys and is almost fully chromatic over two octaves from ‘G’ to ‘G’ and plays in all modes of ‘D’ and ‘A’ plus 'G’maj/ mix/ dorian -
'E’mix / dorian/ aeolian - ‘B’ dorian/ aeolian. The set is made of African Blackwood with brass keys and ferrules and boxwood mounts. It has a dark blue velvet bag cover and comes with a spare chanter reed spare drone reeds and a sturdy hard case.
These are an exquisite set of pipes that I’ve been waiting a year and a half for, they look and sound absolutely beautiful,masterful work in every respect. This is a very painful decision, I 've made a monumental blunder and am seeking to rectify it. I 'm asking $2,500 (AUD) but would prefer to trade for a good set of Border Pipes. There may be someone out there in a similar situation and wanting to trade.
