Hello all chiffers,
I have some whistle to sell due to a few health issues and reduced playing of all things wind.
the first whistle is a very Rare Jon Sindt whistle only three where made, I confirmed this with
Jon some years ago, when I moved into more whistle playing, its in mint condition and I have not seen one for sale before, so that would also confirm its rare status.
The head piece is appears the same as Jon’s brass model, the difference being the brass is replaced with stainless steel, and it has the same delrin sandwich design as the brass model
there are two tubes ( D ) and ( Eb ), these are gorgeous and are jons sterling silver tubes,
not brass each tube has a line grooved into the top, not sure if this is the optimum tuning position or not, the Eb body has Eb engraved on it the D doesn’t.

when I spoke to Jon he said he had only made three using the steel, as it was incredibly difficult to work with, the legendary whistle player Mary Bergin has one, and thats as much as I can tell you they are
very traditional sounding and sweet not loud, I also have not noticed a sharp C nat, although I am a half holer most of the time.
