I have three instruments just put up for sale on E-bay.
Instrument #1: O](http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=012&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=220040202579&rd=1&rd=1%22%3EO) Riordan black aluminum high D with brass rings.
I have read the threads some time ago on the ethics of selling these. I’ve thought about it for a few months and decided that I need to do this. The opening price is well below many of the recent auction sales. For the record, I am the original owner of this item. For years, I’ve prefered playing a Mack Hoover White Cap as my main whistle: it has my favorite sound. Even though I love playing my Pat O whistle, I want to put it out for someone that might play it more than I. I have not played it much except for some really loud sessions where I could not hear my Hoover.
Instrument #2: Albert](http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=012&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=220040212599&rd=1&rd=1%22%3EAlbert) Alfonso 14 inch diameter four and a half inch deep bodhran
I hate selling this one, but I have only taken it out of the house once in three years. This thing needs played.
Instrument#3: A](http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ih=012&sspagename=STRK%3AMESE%3AIT&viewitem=&item=220040555994&rd=1&rd=1%22%3EA) re-manufactured keyless blackwood flute in D, plays in tune with a decent volume
Alright now. I have been one of the biggest critics of Irish flutes from Pakistan, but this one is different and safe: Read the story on the post. I feel confident enough that I will accept a return from anyone in the Chiff and Fipple community within a month after delivery: enough time to try it out and decide for yourself. I am not listing this on my e-bay page because I just started selling this week and I have had frauds trying to get me to sell it and other phishing attemts already. If you mention my post here in a question to me through e-bay, I will confirm this on an official communication so you can hold me to my word on this. I started the bids at less than I paid for it, and I put the 300 dollar buy it now price out there because that is what I believe it is worth and I would not want it to go higher. Id rather have a satisfied buyer than the cash in this case. Several makers have lower priced flutes out there. This is not as good as those.
