FS: M&E and Tipple Flutes (PRICES REDUCED)

M&E keyless and ringless polymer flute in key of D. Great condition, just got it from another owner a couple of months ago. Comes with soft carrying case. SOLD

Doug Tipple PVC flute in key of Bb. Virtually brand new and unused. Has the lip plate and the wedge, in-line finger holes and circle embouchure hole. Comes with protective sleeve and squeegie.
Asking $75 OBO plus shipping.

As I’ve recieved no bites yet, I’ll be reducing the prices. These are fine flutes and it pains me to have to sell them, but I am moving and need money. Contact email is mdesmidt@ucsc.edu

Yes, but do they sound as good as wood?

That Tipple must be a big’un. Is it playable by non-NBA stars?

They both sound great and are definitely playable.

I also have a Tipple Bb, it can be done, I use a modified pipers grip on the top hand as well as bottom hand to play it.

Cheers,
Steve

Yeah, I was just having some fun there. I’m sure they’re both great flutes. I tried a Tipple C, and could play it OK with normal grip. The Bb would be a challenge for me, but I bet it sounds great.

Yeah, it does sound great, it’s a pity i don’t get to play it much. I hope it and the M&E go to a more devoted player. Somebody’s gotta want an good M&E for cheap.

Hello, C&F Flute Forum, apparently this Tipple flute comes with both the lip plate and the wedge, and for those who could be willing to expand their flute experience, at the asking price this Bb flute is very attractive.

Cheap as free!
This is a heck of a deal for a really good flute, folks.

M&E is now sold. Tipple still available and now excepting best offers. Thanks.
