I’m selling my John Gallagher black wood 8-key flute. Hate to but need the money for dentil work! Grrr. African grendilla. Head is lined. I bought it from Blayne Chastain in 2006. Silver keys and rings, good solid Pratten sound. I sent it back to John Gallagher for a slight key adjustment and inspection two years ago. The flute is in perfect playing condition and excellent cosmetic condition. The photos do not do it justice, the look kind of washed out. The wood if very black. John does exquisite work. New Gallagher flutes cost $4000 with a very long wait. I’d like $3,750. Thanks! John.
